Kevin Capra is a husband, father & Realtor® with Compass Real Estate. Together, he and his wife, Devin lead a thriving real estate team. As a Colorado native, Kevin has established a reputation for his attention to detail and localized knowledge. Known for helping growing families upsize their homes using his Seamless Step-Up System.

A tactful negotiator, Kevin has a track record of amazing success. Constantly holding the #1 or #2 spot in his office of top agents in the #1 Brokerage in the state and country is no easy task! Yet, he shrugs it off stating “it’s easy when you love what you do.” He prides himself on delivering old-fashioned service at new-age speeds… Because everyone deserves white-glove service.

Kevin’s background has guided him to be a staple within the real estate industry. Starting a mortgage company out of highschool didn’t hurt to kick things off. From there, Kevin began investing in real estate, in and out of state, which continues to this day. As you can imagine, that allows him to share a national network of trusted professionals. That passion later pushed him to teach others the art of finding deals and negotiating winning outcomes. As his kids got older, he retired that chapter due to the extensive travel involved across the US and Canada. Kevin was able to get licensed and hang it with his wife, Devin’s booming brokerage.

Most importantly, he’s a family man. He’s married to his beautiful wife, Devin. Together, they’re proud parents of three amazing children, Kylie (11), Kennedy (8), and Karter (7).
