Over the past 15 years, Leland has worked in real estate and property management in Denver and its surrounding areas. His extensive knowledge of the local market has given him the skills to maximize the potential of each real estate investment.

He has a strong drive and goal of ensuring that every situation is addressed thoroughly, and leaves no detail untouched. While selling hundreds of homes and successfully placing over 400 tenants, Leland has honed his listening and advocating skills to most benefit his clients on both the buying and selling sides.

The son of a gold miner and born in Cripple Creek, Leland is a Coloradan through and through. He graduated from Regis University and currently lives in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Lakewood with his wife Julia and his two kids Zoe and Van. When not working, you can find Leland telemark skiing, at a Broncos game, strolling the neighborhood or experimenting in the kitchen.
