Theresa Russo Felton was raised in South Walton and has lived and worked up and down the east coast. She first joined La Florida Coastal Properties as a sales associate in 2005. Prior to joining La Florida she was part of the corporate leadership team at Playground Destination Properties – Southeast, Mexico and Caribbean (an Intrawest company). Theresa took a hiatus from real estate to start a family and manage the family business. She returned home to the Emerald Coast to raise her children and return to the business that she is passionate about – real estate. Theresa is a NAR certified Pricing Strategy Advisor.
